Really nice copy of the US M2 Bouncing mine, but simplified.
On it is a Russian MUV fuze.
According to Przemek this mine is in fact a Parachute trip flare, like the US M48.
It is called "PMO-2" (Pozycyjna Mina Oświetlająca). Translated this means "stationary illumination mine".
The name "PMO-2" has also been seen for this flare.
