Goran provided this photo of a grenade which is in the collection of a Slovenian military musem.

The museum description of this grenade says that this is a british-yugoslavian made grenade from ww2 used by Yugoslavian partizans. It is named as LEMON ATZ M12/25.

Does anyone have more information?
