This grenade was constructed of thin steel and had its components soldered together. It carried liquid gas and a detonator had to be inserted by the user. After doing this, the user had to cock the strikerpin by pushing it down. The lever had to be pushed into the handle so that the striker was blocked by "fork" of that same lever. When thrown, the stiker was released as the lever was pushed away from the handle under spring pressure. Striker was launched upwarts into the primer and fired the delay.
