Typical grenade of the region of Asturias on the Spanish atlantic coast. It was made for socialist militias in 1934 during a small mining revolution. In 1936, the socialist mining militias continued making and using this grenade, which in form is very similar to the Polish Obronny wz33. It used a simple bickford fuse that to be ignited by a match or lighter.
