The strange thing on this stickgrenade was the stick itself. I held a pull fuze attached to a weight. When the safetycap was taken off, the grenade was thrown and the weight fell out, pulling the fuze rope. I don't think this grenade was used for a long period, as it must have been much more expensive to make without giving any advantage compared to a "normal" stickgrenade.
