This fuze has two firing pins which simultaniously fire both the practice smoke charge and a pyrotechnic signal.
This signal is fitted to the fuze by unscrewing the metal ring on top, placing it, and screwing the metal ring back in place.
The fuze is in construction identical to the live fuze, only the yellow marking indicates that it's practice.
