This chemical igniter was made to be used with the Glasmine 43.
A pressure of 12kilo was needed to crush the igniterhead.
The igniterhead consists of a body with friction compound held under a tin foil cap.
Over this cap, a thin glass cover was placed to waterproof it.
Two types of fuze-bodies exist, zinc and black bakelite.
